Turbo HX Foam Generators

Turbo HX High Expansion Foam Generators are driven by a water turbine made of corrosion resistant 316 grade Stainless Steel for use in harsh environments. The generators are designed to expand the foam solution from 350:1 to 925:1 depending on the solution flow rate and water pressure. The High Expansion Foam Generator does not need any other power source, it runs on line pressure.

The expansion of the foam solution is achieved by spraying the solution onto a stainless steel screen and adding air to the generator using the line pressure of the water turbine. The continuous flow of the foam solution and the movement of air across the sieve produce large volumes of finished foam. Turbo HX Foam Generators are used in local applications as well as volume filling.
